Upon arrival, the guest is required to provide the owner with personal documents (passport, ID card) to enable the accommodation provider to report to VIZA and NTAK and the amount to be paid on the spot if the guest has chosen to pay in cash at the time of booking.
Guests can only book rooms after paying the full participation fee.
Accommodation is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
Subject to an extra charge and depending on the occupancy of the accommodation, it is possible to book earlier or check out later on the day of departure. In both cases, prior written agreement is required.
If you decide to break your stay first, we will not be able to refund the money.
Please return the keys in full when you leave! In case of loss of the keys, the current price of lock replacement will be charged.
The apartment will be inspected on arrival and departure. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest's account.
A key can be used for a no-contact pick-up.
Payment:
The accommodation fee includes final cleaning and tourist tax.
The following payment methods are available at the property: cash, bank transfer in advance, card payment, payment by credit card.
Use of rooms/furnishings:
Shoes are not allowed in the apartment, please use guest slippers.
Please use the equipment as intended. Room furnishings and equipment, including towels, blankets, bed linen, etc., except those belonging to the wellness area, must not be taken out of the house.
If you notice any malfunction, please contact us immediately using one of the contact details below. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept subsequent complaints.
Exact instructions for the use of the equipment and facilities in the accommodation are given in Annex 1, which is part of the house rules.
Fire protection/smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation! Smoking is allowed in the courtyard in the designated area.
Fires may only be built in the designated fireplace from the designated woodpile, in calm conditions and equipped with a bucket of extinguishing water. In the event of a fire, start extinguishing immediately with the extinguisher at the designated place and call 112 and then the accommodation provider.
Services:
Parking: free of charge for guests in a designated area.
So that all our guests can relax as deeply as possible, please respect the quiet hours between 22:00-08:00. A wellness user guide and Wi-Fi details will be emailed to you prior to arrival.
Pets: No pets are allowed.
Children: the property is "adult friendly" and does not accept children under 18 years of age.
Number of places: the property can accommodate up to 2 people, no extra beds are available.
Wellness: the hotel has a wellness area (sauna, jacuzzi), please contact the property.
Meals: the property has a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare simple meals.
Breakfast baskets are available for a fee and can be served between 07.00-09.00 in the morning in a picnic basket for 2 people placed in front of the door. The price is 9 900 Ft.
If you don't feel like cooking, you can also order takeaway or eat at one of the local restaurants (Kemencés inn, Gorba bistro, Malomvölgy buffet)
Cleaning: the apartment is clean for the guests, during their stay we do not do any cleaning, only on request and for a fee of 10 000 HUF/per stay.
For stays longer than seven days, a change of bed linen/towels and cleaning service is possible and is included in the price, as well as final cleaning.
Household waste is collected in designated bins. Garbage is removed from the apartment daily/every 2 days if necessary or upon final departure of guests.
Others:
In order to ensure the peace and quiet of guests, neighbours and forest animals, no noise, music or loud music is allowed between 22.00-08.00. Regardless of the time of day, please refrain from any behaviour or activities that disturb the peace and quiet of others.
Valuables left in the room will be kept for 30 days and, if necessary, posted to the address provided.
We are not responsible for personal valuables (e.g. jewellery) brought into the property. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables if they leave them at the accommodation and are liable for their possible loss. This responsibility does not rest with the owner. If you leave the accommodation, you must lock the doors and windows and switch off all appliances and equipment.
It is strictly forbidden to admit persons inside or outside the accommodation unit who are not users of that accommodation unit. If the owner notices persons who are not registered or logged in during the reservation, the owner has the right to cancel the accommodation for all guests.
The accommodation provider is not liable for and will not pay compensation for: - damages caused by natural disasters, e.g. hail, lightning, flood, fire, etc., - inconveniences or damages caused by the failure of utility services or their malfunction, - any accident, personal injury, property damage, etc.
In matters not covered by the house rules, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. In disputes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tata City Court.
From the Bányahegyi street it is possible to go uphill along the street until the end of the bituminous part, turn right onto the gravel road, about 200 m and you will arrive at the house. At the end of Bányahegyi street there is a sign indicating the accommodation.
