1. General provisions

These General Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions for the use of accommodation services provided by Gerecse Glamping (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider"). By using the website or by finalising a reservation, the guest accepts the terms and conditions of these Gerecce Glamping Services.


2. Booking procedure

Reservations are made via the website, where the guest enters the necessary personal data, selects the date and time and receives a confirmation e-mail. The booking is only final once the deposit has been received.


3. Payment terms

  • To finalise your reservation advance payment required, which is 50% of the total fee.

  • The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or via the online payment system provided.

  • The balance is due in cash or by credit card at the time of booking.


4. Cancellation conditions

  • The reservation 14 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge.

  • In case of cancellation within 14 days, the advance payment non-refundable.

  • In case of no-show, the full accommodation fee will be charged.


5. Conditions for using the accommodation

  • Guests staying in the accommodation from 15:00 on the day of arrival can occupy, and until 10:00 on the day of departure are obliged to leave.

  • Only confirmed guests are allowed on the glamping site.

  • On the accommodation no smoking, pets are not allowed, except by prior arrangement.


6. Data protection

The Service Provider will process the data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, solely for the purpose of processing the reservation.


7. Responsibility

Guests use the accommodation area at their own risk. The guest is liable for any damage caused by intentional damage. The Service Provider is not liable for accidents and force majeure caused by the guest.


8. Complaints handling

Any complaint may be submitted in writing to the Service Provider's contact details. We will investigate reported complaints within 14 working days.


9. Final provisions

The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these GTC. The current version is always available on the website. By making a reservation, the guest accepts all the points of the GTC.
